Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. In case, if any participant cancels his/her admission to any of our programs for whatever reason, the same shall be refunded within a maximum of 7 working days. The time taken to process all cancellations & refunds is maximum of 7 working days and the same shall be credited to the customer’s bank account.

  2. If a participant cancels enrollment, refunds are calculated on the basis of the following refund policies:

    • All cancellation requests must be in writing, the date of cancellation is the date NBS Business Consulting receives the written cancellation request.

    • No refund will be made for registration fee and course material given to participants.

    • All fees will be refunded if the course is withdrawn or not offered.

    • On premature cessation of the course, all fees and charges that have been collected in respect to any part of the course failing to be conducted on or after the date of the cessation will be refunded within 30 days of premature cessation.

    • Fees once paid are refundable as per NBS Business Consulting policies and also they are transferable to another date of program.

    • All refund requests must be submitted by the participants/parents in writing addressed to the CEO, in person, by regular mail, or by email. The CEO shall acknowledge the receipt of the same. Telephone messages are NOT acceptable.

    • All dues need to be paid in order for the formalities of withdrawal to be completed.

    • The fee refund is solely based on the balance amount in the participants account after all applicable dues owed to the NBS Business Consulting are deducted. Discounts or concessions provided, may be void and may not apply upon withdrawal.

    • The excess payment received through technical or other reasons will be refunded only after due verification and/or within 30 days after receipt of written complaint by the parent/participants.

    • The mode of refund will be electronic/ physical and will be refunded in the account from where the transaction was made.

    • The participants need to pay the payment gateway processing charges over and above the fees/dues payable to the NBS Business Consulting.

    • Service tax rate applicable will be as notified by the Government from time to time will also be added to the charges payable to the online payment gateway.

    • The net amount refunded will be after deduction of transaction processing charges paid to the online payment gateway.

    • No interest is paid on a refund of any fees/deposit.

    • Participants should contact NBS Business Consulting authorities first, regarding any excess payment made by them.

    • The refund of any fee is subject to the refund policy prevailing at the time of seeking a refund.

    • NBS Business Consulting reserves the right to modify and amend refund policies at any time by uploading the same on the NBS Business Consulting’s website

    • All disputes are subject to the legal jurisdiction of Bengaluru Urban District, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
